Firestone Complete Auto Care

Had an unfortunate day and needed a set of tires and a last minute alignment while over two hours away from home. Called in super last minute, had a few schedule changes and Tommy @ Firestone was able to not only accommodate but make it the easiest, most enjoyable process that it can be. Super cool guy, made the entire experience 10/10.

I had the car lot drop off a vehicle I was considering, for a pre purchase inspection. I wasn’t even present and the service was amazing. I was sent the inspection report, they respected the fact that I had not purchased yet and would make my final decision based on their results, they reached out shortly after to discuss the inspection and see if I needed anything, had questions and would communicate with the car lot directly so I didn’t have to try and explain it all. I was notified when the car lot came to pick the car up as well, which made me fully aware the seller did not have anything recommended completed for the vehicle. I was very grateful to be treated so well and felt confident in their report and recommendations

great experience every time The staff was friendly, professional, and got me back on the road quickly. They explained everything clearly, offered fair pricing, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality tire service and honest work. Thank you for a job well done!

On 3/28/26 I had a less than desirable experience. I came in for a tire rotation and wheel alignment. My appointment was for 12pm and my truck wasn't pulled in until after 1pm. At the end of the visit which took to long..I end up with a broken wheel lugnut(service tech didn't tell the manager) i discovered from my own inspection before I leave the property and bring it to their attention. My wheels are custom($3500) and only been installed since 10/2025 meaning my lugnuts are in great condition. This is complete negligence on the service tech, he either used the wrong eguipment(wrong style/size socket) or he over torqued the lugs. The manager tried to put it on my lugnut possibly being worn or swelled overtime and not giving proper merit to the service tech negligence and cover-up. On top of that my truck still felt misaligned when I took my roadtrip 2 days later! Completely unacceptable 😤 this deserves no stars but it will not allow this post without clicking 1!

Leah was awesome! She explained a few issues with my Subaru and was very pleasant to deal with. She was very attentive to all those waiting in the lobby also and is very kind and courteous. Best of luck in vet school, Leah! Your going to do great things!
